Lily Lotus Esthetics & Wellness was established in 2018 in Linwood and later expanded into its current Northfield location in 2023. What began as a small solo skincare practice has grown into a full-service wellness spa with an expanded menu designed to support both skin health and overall well-being. Today, Lily Lotus offers massage therapy, Japanese-inspired headspa treatments, and a variety of modalities including deep tissue, Swedish, prenatal, hot stone, and energy-based work such as Reiki and chakra balancing. Though the services have grown, the mission remains the same: to provide a warm, intentional space where clients feel supported, cared for, and truly valued.

Cancellation Policy

Lily Lotus Esthetics & Wellness requires a valid credit card on file to reserve all appointments. When booking, you are required to enter your card information and acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy. By booking, you authorize Lily Lotus Esthetics & Wellness to charge the card on file for late cancellations and no-shows in accordance with the terms below. We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged up to 100% of the service fee at the discretion of management. No-Show Appointments If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee. No-shows are not eligible for refunds. Appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent us from offering that time to other guests and result in lost service time. Any applicable processing fees associated with the transaction may also be applied. By booking, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms.
