Lily Lotus Esthetics requires a credit card to reserve your appointment. I understand busy schedules and different circumstances can not be avoided. In this case please notify me by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment and I will be happy to reschedule it for you. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 100% of the service fee. You will receive 50% of that back as a credit at your next appointment. **No-show appointments will be charged 100% of your service fee with no refund.**
